Neha Vedpathak – The Nevica Project

Originally from India, Neha Vedpathak (b.1982) is an artist residing in Chicago,Il. She has been a resident artist at Skopelos Foundation for the Arts in Greece, Bharat Bhavan Graphic Studio, in India, Spiro Arts in Park City,Utah, the prestigious Anderson Ranch Art Center in Aspen, Colorado and at CAMAC (Centre D’Art – Marnay Art Centre), France for the year 2011. She has had featured exhibitions in the Czech Republic, India, United States, Canada, France and Greece. Neha’s forms are minimalist and simple, but she continuously experiments with techniques to reinvent herself. She uses drawing/painting/installations as a means of expression and interaction. For Neha the abstraction of the natural world is a vehicle for dialogue with herself. click here for video of Neha talking about her work
